Buntara Sangha Kuwait held their Annual General Body meeting on Friday 22nd January 2016 at Indian Community School, Khaitan. The program commenced with a prayer song from Baby Harshi & Ms. Kushi, followed by the traditional lighting of lamp by the Ex-Presidents of BSK along with the Managing Committee of 2016. Welcome address was given by Vice President Mr.Sanath Kumar Shetty.
Spectacular dance programs were performed by the Energetic BSK talented Dancing Divas. Heart Beat Dance Group presented a mix of mesmerizing classical and Bollywood dances. The Managing Committee felicitated the newly couples married without dowry, as part of social commitment of the association. The Managing Committee also honored all the sub-committee members and also other adults and kids who participated in the various cultural programs. President Mr. Rajesh Shetty extended gratitude to all the members for the year long cooperation, support as well as the warm response in contribution to welfare activities to serve the needy under HEMA (Health, Education, and Marriage Assistance) scheme.
Treasurer Mrs. Babita Manoj Shetty briefed the audience about the income and expenditure of the Sangha for the year 2015. General Secretary Mr. Dinesh Shetty presented the Annual report highlighting the various cultural, social and welfare activities organized in the year 2015, and the need of togetherness of all the Bunts Community residing in Kuwait under one roof.
Mr. Sudhakar Shetty (Ex President), briefed over the nomination of the same Managing Committee for the second term for the year 2016. The following office bearers were re-elected to serve as office bearers for the year 2016.

The re-elected managing committee members introduced themselves and affirmed their commitment to serve the association to the best of their abilities in co-operation with all the members. Mr. Amith Shetty entertained the audience with a melodious bollywood Hindi song. Short, funny and humorous comedy skits were presented by Mr. Shodhan Shetty and Mr. Prashanth Alva with good sense of humor. Family Games was very well anchored by Mr. Manoj Shetty with quiz programs and lots of spot prizes. The program was very well anchored involving all the BSK members with lots of fun and zeal.
Delicious and mouth watering food was provided by Mughal Tandoori Restaurant (Abbasiya). Finally the evening was capped by the Indian national anthem.
